Do NOT attempt to leave off the P

Ah, the old ‘leaving the P off’ monster has raised his head, this time on a sign at the Bassendean Train Museum.
How do you pronounce attempt? Perhaps this is spelled phonetically as a mumbler would say it?

I can’t really think of a valid use for an underscore on it’s own outside of web user accounts and PHP function names … would like to see the rest of the sign to see what ELSE they did ‘rong
