A new position title?

I enjoy your food, honest, I keep coming back. But the spelling (or lack thereof) on your Business Card gives me indigestion.
Maybe it’s some connected humour with your last name, Fletcher, and the addition of an ‘e’ in Proprieter, but I much prefer it with an ‘o’. Perhaps Steve, instead of just throwing all caution to the wind and trying to create position titles for a business owner, you could, in fact, change your surname it Fletchor?
I’d eat there more often if you did, promise.
